    Fill the form and pressing the "send order" is tantamount to placing an order. This results in a database to save information entered on the form and the host name of the sender and time of sending the form.
    Placing an order is tantamount to agreeing to the Employer for the storage and processing of personal data by the company "Glorious Antiques Gallery" Ltd. in order to fulfill your order. The customer has the right to inspect, correct, and require the cessation of the use of their personal data in accordance with the Law "On Personal Data Protection" of 29 August 1997
    Order filed in electronic form shall be no longer than within 2 working days, confirmed by telephone or e-mail by the company "Glorious Antiques Gallery" Ltd. Order confirmed, in accordance with Article 66 paragraph. 1 KC, is treated as a complex statement of will. In the absence of confirmation of order company "Glorious Antiques Gallery" Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw from the contract.
    Orders are executed within 48 hours from the date of confirmation of order. In case of payment by transfer of the contract period starts from receipt of the money to the account's "Glorious Antiques Gallery" Ltd. or delivery confirmation to make the transfer. At the time of the contract consists of a service contract by the company "Glorious Antiques Gallery" Ltd. and the time of delivery by Courier / Polish Post. Parties may fix a different time of the contract.
    If you select the option by the Purchaser fees "for cash" shipping costs shall be borne by Purchaser. If measures for the goods ordered previously will affect the account "Glorious Antiques Gallery Ltd", transportation costs are on the side of the gallery.
    The company "Glorious Gallery of Antiques" sp z o. o. reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in case of impossibility of its implementation. In the case of extension of the term of the contract or change the price of ordered goods company "Glorious Antiques Gallery" Ltd. agree to immediately notify the Purchaser. Purchaser shall then be entitled to withdraw from the contract. The company "Glorious Gallery of Antiques" sp z o. o. return transfer to the Purchaser, any prepayments made by him.
    Orders placed after 13.00 are treated as submitted on the next working day. Orders placed on holidays are treated as filed on the first working day following the date of the contract.
    In the case of the authority's "Glorious Antiques Gallery" Ltd. by the Employer to issue VAT invoice without signature, along with the goods will be delivered only to the original invoice. The authorization is a one-time and applies only to the contract.
    Any disputes shall be settled by a court of competent jurisdiction to the company "Glorious Antiques Gallery" Ltd.
